Shanghai Skyway Import & Export Co., Ltd. is a private enterprise established and registered in Shanghai Pudong New Area in May 2002. The company is committed to import and export of a broad range of products, such as chemical products (including pigments and dyes), musical instruments, jade carving products, measuring tools, art candles, stationery and sports goods (including Mahjong) and so on.

With China's entry into World Trade Organization, Chinese government has promised to grant private enterprises national treatment. Shanghai is generally recognized as China's economic center with Shanghai Pudong New Area being the front and experimental base for the policy of reform and opening up to the outside world. In that regard, Shanghai government has been permitted to give the green light for import and export trade to the qualified private enterprises ahead of schedule. And Shanghai Skyway Import & Export Co., Ltd. has been able to rank among the few lucky ones to get approved first.
