Dyestuffs -- 3-Amino-4- Me thoxy Benzamide (Red KD Base)

The red KD base, 3-amino-4-methoxy benzanilide, producted by our works,is made from 3-nitro-4-methoxy benzoic acid by processes of condensation with aniline and reduction.It is a developer with higher fastness among ice dyestuffs and mainly used for printing of cotton, staple fibre and yarn of ramie,flax,etc.It the fields of dyeing, manufacturing of organic pigments, coloring of printing ink and coating printing -paste, it also finds application.

Appearance : extreme light greyish white powder
Primary melting point of the dried : 151oC min
Content of 3-Amino-4- Methoxy Benzamide 98% min
Insoluble matter in hydrochloric acid 0.1% max
Shade and strength when coupling with Naphthol AS on cotton fibre similar to the standard
Percentage of screenings(80 mesh) 0.5% max
